For better physical health, greater emotional balance, more material stability and clearer spiritual well-being, our primary concern is to help you to 'connect' to your own 'zero-space' inside; the starting point for all healing and well-being in everyone.

Our sessions involves the non-invasive and deeply relaxing 'hands-on' transfer of 'universal' energy through your whole energy-system from head to feet. We look to re-balance your chakra centres when necessary and assist you in freeing any areas within you where emotional energy has become blocked - a state which can lead over time to the development of discomfort, pain and disease unless such blockages are cleared.

Our resident therapist has many years' experience, and is qualified to assist you with Kinesiology (the study of the movement of muscles), Reiki, NLP, (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming), Theta Healing and a wide variety of other energy 'modalities' such as Quantum Touch, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Kathara - as well as the ancient Hawaiian healing art of Ho'oponopono.

Reflexology is a form of Massage, which applies pressure to certain parts of the feet in order to promote relaxation and healing in the body. Our Reflexologist stimulates specific reflex points to bring nutrients to poorly functioning areas of the body.

Theta Healing - £40 per hour
Neuro Linguistic Programming - £40 per hour
Reflexology - £30 per session ( 40 minutes ) or 6 sessions for £150
